Search and Rescue: Meditation Class with Rosemary Glean

We are super excited to announce our first "Search & Rescue" meditation class with Rosemary Glean, owner of Aum Sweet Home. Be prepared to go on an gentle and loving journey to your past, where you will have the opportunity to meet and heal a younger version of yourself. We all carry wounds from our childhood around with us, but that doesn't have to be the case. We can actually go back on our own timelines and heal bits of ourselves that have felt broken or forever lost. If you're looking to heal deep inner wounds without having to bring all the trauma with you to the present, come join us in loving community as we playfully work to bring our highest and healed selves to the forefront.

When: Saturday, May  5:30-7:30
