Search and Rescue: Meditation Class with Rosemary Glean
We are super excited to announce our first "Search and Rescue" meditation class with Rosemary Glean, LPC, of Aum Sweet Home. Be prepared to go on a gentle and loving journey to your past, where you will have the opportunity to meet and possibly rescue a younger version of yourself. We all carry wounds from our childhood around with us, but that does not have to be the case. We can actually go back on our own timelines and heal bits of ourselves that have felt broken or forever lost. If you are looking to address deep inner wounds without having to bring all the trauma with you to the present, come join us in loving community as we playfully work to bring our highest and integrated selves to the forefront.
